It is over six years since Mitcheldean Library became Mitcheldean Community Library. We are proud to say that our library provides services to and draws volunteers from Mitcheldean, Lea, Drybrook, Longhope, Huntley, Ruardean Hill and the surrounding areas.
Thanks to our team of dedicated volunteers it is growing in every way.

Download: eBooks / magazines (National Geographic, New Scientist, Hello & many more).
Request items from the County Library catalogue, either online
or at the library counter.
MEET

Many groups/clubs use our library as a meeting place. We serve fresh tea, coffee on request. Why not relax with a cup whilst you browse the daily news papers?
LOCAL HISTORY

If Local History is your passion we stock a good range of local books, some available to borrow, some Reference only. You can also access local/family history information via the County Library Network website.
FACILITIES

Black/white and colour photocopying facilities are available. Print from your PC, iPad/Android directly to the copier using our free Wifi.
TECHNOLOGY

Free Public access to library PCs, Free Wifi - bring your own laptop or tablet.
